We provide free doorstep delivery across the UAE, with careful handling of every rug and décor piece from van to home.

04. Access & Completion
Please ensure clear site access — doorways, staircases, or service elevators suitable for delivery. If access is restricted, the order will be considered fulfilled.

You may return décor items within 7 days if unused and in their original packaging. Each return is handled with care to ensure quality and authenticity are preserved.

Our custom and ready-made rugs are final sale — reflecting the craftsmanship and personalization behind every weave and finish.

03.Faulty or Damaged Items
In the rare case of damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and share photos of the item. We’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
